Re: I have ? about KINDLE

i got mine yesterday for my birthday and i freaking love it!

I was expecting to pay $10 a book but instead the two books I bought so far were $6 and $8

Totally worth it for me. Someone mentioned a book, I bought it and ten seconds later it was mine!

I want one so bad, I hope the device comes down in price. I have that typical mother's guilt of spending money on things for myself, it's annoying lol.

Hmmm...I don't know if I could ever get into that. There's just something about flipping those pages and then displaying your best loved books in a beautiful bookcase.

Honestly, i have no room for any new books and I thought I would feel the same way about the "feel" of it. . . But last night I curled up on the couch with it ( in the jacket that comes with it ) and it felt great! and I am definitely a reader. . . probably my main "hobby" is reading.

But I can understand never getting used to it, I thought I would be the same way!

I agree with this as well.

My MIL's girlfriend has the Kindle. We saw it last summer when we saw them and honestly, I am not impressed with it. It was bulky and I didn't feel it read well. JMO!
