You aren't obligated to buy anything if you don't like the way they came out.
I went to JC Penney for DS's Christening Pics and Sears for Christmas Pics. I went to Sears two days in a row because I didn't like the way the first session's shots came because DS's eyes were watery from crying when I first put him down.
JC Penney doesn't give you the choice to get 2 5X7s as a sheet. You have to get 1 5X7, some wallets and some billfolds (smaller than wallets). It also takes about 10 days to get pictures online whereas Sears it takes about 48 hours.
