I have an interview on Monday...
What should I expect, I am so nervous and don't want to bomb it, i am dual-cert 1-6... it is with the speical ed. department.

Congrats on the interview!! What kind of position is it for (inclusion, self-contained). What grade?
They usually ask you to tell about yourself and why you are interested in special education. I've been asked questions relating how I modify curriculum, how I deal with parents, how I work with my co-workers...I'll try to think of some more questions I've been asked.

they are going to ask, how will you differntiate instruction for your special ed. kids?
how do you work with others?
how do you envision the co-teaching model working?
how do you plan? how do you envision planning with another teacher?
