I have been having these strange dreams - wondering if anyone else has something similar....

OK - 1st trimester dreams were great - I was having wild and crazy sex every night. Most of the time with DH (he would ask me why I didn't wake him up when I told him - I would say - what for, I was already getting busy with you!) and sometimes with someone else

2nd trimester - all about animals. Taking care of small, vulnerable animals and loving them as if they were my children... very odd....

But 3rd trimester is the strangest. I keep dreaming I am married to someone else and having a baby with him. Usually, this new husband is someone I don't know in real life (I think one time I did marry my exboyfriend) - BUT - I am still friends with DH, and intimate with him. In my dream, I'm sad and wonder why I didn't just stay with DH because I love him, and I usually have no feeling or don't like my new husband, but I feel stuck with him because we are having a baby together (Don't start FMing me therapist numbers now! )

What is this about??? Anyone else having odd dreams like this???

with DD i went through the same stages of dreams throughout the trimesters.

You are not weird

3rd trimester is the worst-that comes the dreams of something happening to the baby, different sex than you thought, hubby leaving you, cheating, etc. OR i used to have dreams of ex's coming back to profess their love for me. puhpleassee!

With DD i used to wake up or talk in my sleep SCREAMING at DH for hurting my feelings and how could he do that to me while i was pg and having his kid.

He laughed his coolie off at me

It's normal to have these dreams and feelings.

Well, as you saw from my post, I am right on track with you, as far as first trimester dreams!!

I was just talking about Pregnancy dreams with my friend the other day- and she said that when she was pg with her DD, she was constantly having dreams that her DH was cheating on her. She said her SIL was having similar dreams about her DH cheating on her- so I guess these kinds of dreams are so common!

i had one dream where the baby was about 6 inches tall and ran around terrorizing me and the cats from the day we came home from the hospital. it had sharp jagged teeth and was dressed like chucky. he was MEAN and said awful things to me and just ran amuck all day. the oddest part of the dream? at the end of the day, i was not upset that my child was clearly the spawn of ***** and an alien, i was upset that i neglected to change his diaper.

[so far no super crazy dreams in this pregnancy that i can really remember...but that one has always stuck out 6 years later!]

luckilly, i had a sweet, naked, toothless and speechless [at the time ] little girl.

Last night I had a dream that I won the bronze medal in the 100 meter dash at the summer olympics!
