I have had it....
With deliveries and customer service in this country. No one cares. No appreciation for peoples' time or belongings.
Today I had something delivered. The delivery guys took out a CHUNK of my wall. A big azz chunk. Didn't say anything to me while they were here. Since it was on the stairs, I didn't see it until they left. And I even have them a $20 tip. Im so disgusted with people and companies. Someone at this company better make it right.
I could go on about everything else that has gone wrong since we've moved into our new house but I'll spare you all.
Just needed to vent.

ugh I'm sorry you're dealing with this. I'm also seeing a decline in the quality of customer service. We just converted to gas and I found dirty handprint marks all over my walls. It's so frustrating.

raymour flanigan broke a spindle on our staircase and they did fix it. the delivery guy tried to say it wasn't him but hey, it wasn't broken prior to the delivery (it was a BRAND NEW CONDO)...
stay on them. they will file a complaint and fix it.
the delivery guy tried to guilt trip me saying the repair would come out of his salary. I get it dude but why should I have to foot the bill for something you broke?!
