I have just realized something about myself...
I have NO idea how to relax. NONE. I am sitting here so freaking tense and I know I should go sit on the couch, but JT is not home, and I cannot handle just sitting still. I am making myself crazy lately. I need constant motion or else I just go insane. Yet, I feel like I need to relax SO BADLY.

Listen, girly, I took some more the other day when I was CONVINCED there was some sort of freak accident with my stomach and it blew up to the size of, well, a pregnant belly overnight! So, I'm expecting some more from YOU!

You would think that sitting at the computer would calm me down a bit, but instead I just frantically type. You can always tell when I'm in one of these moods because I post way too much. I also am very good at going back and forth between different websites at ridiculously fast paces. There is something wrong when you are wound SO freaking tight that even your typing is at a frantic pace

Do you really want to laugh? I did that YESTERDAY! And cleaned the house, and I mean scrubbed and everything. My laundry is done, folded and put away, my lunch is made for tomorrow,and my clothes are picked out. I am seriously crazy. I get so hyped up that I cannot stop myself.

I am terrible at relaxing. Dh tells me to work on it all the time. I always feel like I should be working on the next thing to constantly accomplish something. It is torture. I do not even know how to sit on my couch and watch TV unless I am multi-tasking.
