sorry I did not see this sooner!
a ultrascreen is a in depth sonogram that looks at the babies organs, measures neck folds for downs a syndrome and looks at all the limbs.
This info with a afp, and genetic background is soppose to give u odds for a potential issue.
personally..my doc said ultrascreen is more accurate then the afp.
