I have the Best In-Laws!!!!
They let DH & I stay at their beach housh for our week long vacation and to celebrate our 2nd anniversary which we sooooooo very much appreciated.
Then they insisted on taking us out to dinner along with my daughter to celebrate because 'they didn't do anything' 
They then gave us a small gift and a card with a check for $5K for us to use to get something nice for the house that we want since we are in the midst of construction.   
They are such GREAT people!!!!!!!!!! I ADORE them!!!!!!!!

WOW, that is very generous of them. Hope you pick out something you WANT and not something you NEED. It's found money, take advantage of it and spoil yourself! Hottub maybe? Walk in closet? Spa shower? hmmmm, can I have it??? LOLOL

I told my DH when we were just dating that if anything happened between us I was keeping his family because I have ALWAYS gotten along great with all of them and it has only gotten better..
