I would definelty pick the first one - easier access with the zipper on top than having to flip it open.

I have that print in the second one. I like the second one better because it's both a meesenger and back pack. Back packs come in handy many of times.

I always put my diaperbag over the handle of the stroller and over the front of the shopping cart at stores, so I would go with #2 since it looks like it would be more conducive to doing that.

I was going to say I prefer diaper bags that have a way of adjusting the straps, so depending on the stroller you're using, or the way you want to carry it, you can make the strap longer or shorter...doesn't look like #1 does that. I love the pattern on both though!

Does the top one have a zipper? If so, I choose that one. I find the ones that don't have the zipper don't always stay closed with all the crap I stuff in it!!
