I havent lost that much BUT
I feel soooooo good. I am eating so much better and working out hard 2-3 times a week. A big improvement from lifting the remote.
What I have lost is just a drop in the bucket but I am just loving how much better I feel. And I see a difference too, more than I would have expected to see from this small weight loss.
Please dont let me stop. I am so afraid of giving up again. I have to keep going.

thanks. I didnt wnat to go to the gym today but I knew you all were cheering me on so I pushed myself and went. I am so glad for the support here.
