I honestly thought Etsy was more for girls..question about the vendors
how exactly does Etsy work?
are there vendors on there who will work with you and your designs to create a final product?
Luce's 1st bday theme isn't that popular and I can't find a shirt for it but now I am thinking I can get one made.
can etsy come to my rescue? do you recommend any vendors?

Yes many vendors will work with you to create a theme specific for you. I don't have any vendors to reccomend but I'm sure some of the Mommys here do. I also know that they have a feedback rating (like Ebay) that you can check out. Love Etsy for creative things. Have fun!

absolutely! i think a lot of vendors to custom orders!
i will check my order history for the name of the vendor that did my cupcake toppers b.c i know she will do custom orders.
as for clothes and such, i would just convo any vendor and ask if they can customize something for you!

Yes, many vendors work with you to make a custom order! Which I was going to do for Joeys shirt until Jill found me the one I posted.

Yes! I'm working with the most amazing etsy vendors right now for Sienna's party. I got her baptism dress, one girl is making me her party dress, favors, cupcake toppers, etc. I'm addicted!!

Post what you want made in the Alchemy section of the site. If you need help let me know.
You tell them exactly what you want and at what price and they will make a bid for your item. You pick the person you feel can best see your vision. Ask to look at their prior work.
I just used the Alchemy yesterday. I am having someone make Baby K's cherry blossom painting for her nursery.
