I hope tonight is better

For the past 4 nights, there has been a freekin car in the parking lot thats alarm has gone off. Always around 3:30 AM.

Well, its not bad enough that this wakes us up, but now the wacko lady below us, has taken to opening her window, and screaming and cursing out the window, saying HOW THE F*** DOES ANYONE SLEEP HERE? SHUT THAT F*****ING THING OFF!! HELLO...WHAT THE F*** IS THAT---G-DAMMIT

Then she proceeds to slam her window shut.

I have HAD IT. I am going to the rental office tomorrow...this is ridiculous... I mean, if it was just the alarm, we could just kind of roll over and go back to sleep, but when she gets up, does a song and dance..it totally wakes us up. If she does it tonight, i will yell out---SHUT THE F UP LADY!!!!!!!!!!

definitely. noise disturbance on the car - call every time it happens. after 3 complaints, they can issue the car a summons. maybe then the owner will take car of the darn thing. and as for her, disturbing the peace. does she think she's helping the matter any?
