i hurt my neck so bad...
i got caught in b/w the subway doors yesterday  and i must have twisted my neck-
i cannot turn my head to the left
any recs. for creams for it???
icy hot doesnt work

if it hurts that bad, you may want to go to the Doc for a prescription muscle relaxer.
but try Aleeve first.

i hurt my neck a few weeks ago .
i took motrin and the icy hot packs that you leave on.. nothing helped. so i then went to physical ther- it helped me a little but over time it got better.
then i remembered that i had my pills from when i got into my car accident i took that and felt like champ -lol
hope you feel better little lady
and may i ask how did u get stuck in the door???

this is really stuid but i was carrying a big bag and i saw a pimp in a hot green outfit-and i wanted to get a closer look at him....and the door closed so fast on me

I use icy hot and it doesn't really work for me either. Try taking Aleve and keep heat on it.
If you go to the doctor they can prescribe you an anti-enflammitory. That really helps me. But I have chronic neck problems so I keep them in the house.
If it hurts that bad, take the day off and try to lay flat all day. It will really speed up the recovery.
