exactly, now i dont feel guilty about stuffing my face!!!! thats whay hard about being off during the summer, lunches here, dinners there..it adds up pound wise and $$ wise!!

no i biked 6 miles on the boardwalk.. its the LB boardwalk 2.2 miles each way and about 1.5 miles from my house... that bike ride went to sh%t since I am now eating a big mac at 11:30 at night after meeting my friend for two drinks!!!

Wow, outdoors? I'm impressed! Its much harder out there, than on a stationary bike! Ahhh, don't you just love the feel of a long ride? I used to ride to Cental Park or the Village from Forest hills! I even rollerbladed it twice... wth was I thinking!?!? Ah, to be young again! lol
Don't worry about the McDs... it completely evaporated from your system because of your intense ride... lol, if only, right!?
