I just had my 6wk sono!
Some of you may remember my panicked post last week about getting my first sono and they couldn't find anything, not even a sac. The doctor said it could have been ectopic or nonviable and DH and I spent the last week feeling so nervous. I felt sick going in for my sono today, and so did DH, but we were so relieved and thrilled because they found the sac and the baby, and we could even see the heart beating! The tech said I'm only measuring 6weeks and 3 days, which is why they couldn't see anything last week, it was just too early.
Anyway, it feels so good to be able to take a deep breath and know that everything's ok, after a week full of worry.
The doctor says my due date is October 8th!

that is great!!!! I am hoping I can get some reassuring news tomorrow as well (although I will be I *think* 5 1/2 weeks so who knows if they'll see anything).
YAY for another October mommy to be!! I think I'll be due 10/15

YAY for another October mommy to be!! I think I'll be due 10/15
Just try not to get too nervous like I did if they don't see anything. I was 5 1/2 weeks last week with my first sono and they saw nothing. I did tons of research online though and found that that's normal for so early on. Of course that did nothing to calm my nerves, but hopefully somehow it can calm yours!

Thanks! It's funny because DH and I were both born in October as well. We'll have an all Libra household and a 2 week time span during which we eat A LOT of cake
