I just have to say.. my hubby is so cute!
He eats EVERYTHING that AJ does (with the exception of formula and cereals)
He wont give her anything until he's tasted it first.
It cracks me up
We make all our own food for her so anything i puree he checks for 'blendedness" to see if its too smooth or too chunky for her. He also checks for tastiness. Like if the chicken needs more apples, etc.
All her snacks he tastes for salty or sugary tastes. Every puff and yogurt melt.
Right now he's totally in love with her yogurt treat. I think its Gerber, I can't remember but everytime I make AJ's snack jar he sneaks one or two.
Its funny as heck to me.
So Queen AJ has a Royal Taster!

I do that... but only with the babyfood I make myself... don't want it to taste and then turn DS off to solid foods!
But even the pre-packaged stuff... THAT'S dedication
I can't believe the above poster's DH tried formula  that stuff smells awful!

I've tried some of the stuff, but not everything. Infant's taste buds are much more sensitive and heightened than adults, so what tastes good to an adult may taste horrible to an infant. It's still great that he wants to be so involved, though.
