I just joined WW
And I am really excited about it!! This is my first " Diet" and hope I stick with it!!

Good for you. I have been on it for 10 weeks so far and loving it. I am doing the flex program. It's great.

Congrats and good luck!
Don't think of it as a diet, it makes it sound temporary. The great thing about WW is that it forces you to think about what you are eating. Think of it as a lifestyle change, so that it's something that you continue after you've reached your goal.

Yeah I don't like the word diet so I put it in " " lol it definitly has made me think about what I am eating!!!! And I am considering it a lifestyle change. It was hard to grasp that I can NO LONGER eat what I ate before getting pregnant and look the way I looked before getting pregnant!

My DH joined last week, (I'm so proud of him!) So really I'm kind of doing it too.
I think its wonderful that your DH is doing it with you, I think that make such a difference.

Thanks!! I really hope so!! We are always very supportive of eachother. He said even if he didn't think he needed to loose weight he would still do it with me
So far he has been awsome b/c when we went food shopping last night he really helped me stick to basics and pick out better choices for meals and snaks.
A HUGE problem I have had is I am totally addicted to Coke a Cola. He bought Coke Zero which is 0 points on WW instead of the 3 points for a glass of regular coke  and made me try it. I ACTUALLY LIKE IT!!!  
So no more coke for me!!!!!!
