It was supposed to be SHIRT.

My old bosses name (the CEO of the company) was "STU" ... if you spell check it, it comes out as "STUD" ..

I work for a car rental company and long ago my job was writing policies.
I was writing a policy about Employee Car Rental Discounts and SOMEHOW I accidentally changed the word CARS to the word CATS in the whole document.
Since it's a real word, spell check didn't pick it up and I sent the policy documents to the entire Senior Leadership Team to review:
"Employees may not rent CATS to themselves"
"Employees may only have one CAT out at a time"
"Family members may only use CATS with written permission."
"Convertable CATS are not eligible under this policy."
It was mortifying!!
