I just started giving DS...
The stage 3 jars. Yes I know he sooooo should have been on them already but I'm a nervous mom when it comes to chunky foods. Anyways. If I give him a jar of that for lunch is that enough?
Yesterday I gave him a stage 3 chicken noodle and a stage 2 fruit. I guess whatever he eats right?
