I just took TWO prenatal Vitamins.....
Is this really bad? I have no idea what i was thinking....I guess i thought the second one was the DHA.....but NO! usually it takes me forever to swallow one.
Is there such thing as a vitamin overdose?
I think i'm being ridiculous getting all freaked out but i figured i'd ask you girls.

Yeah, I think with vitamins, you body only absorbs what it needs. If it makes you feel better, try to drink lots of water. And call your doctor to be reassured.
