i feel the same way but we've only been in contract for like a month lol title was ordered so it shouldnt be that much longer till we get a closing date

I think you have a right to be a cry baby....I'd be screaming.....I am already up my mortgage brokers butt trying to push things along....If I was in your place I'd be standing on someone's desk screaming!!!!

nope i'm just dreaming about decorating LoL
K in contract since June, had two delays one two weeks because of exterior repair, one for one week for C of O so everything else was due to someone else's fault  grrrrrrrr I got the "last" bit of paper work (they told met this has to be it) and said if the underwriters work this weekend we can get our clear early next week and if they don't work this weekend late next week.
Freaking BS!

I am soooooo waiting for you to close too.
it's been such a long road for you. i can't wait to see you decorate and show us before and afters...
i am daydreaming decorating too.. it's all good. gotta have something to look forward to, right?
tell those damn underwriters that they have no choice but to work this weekend. the weather is going to be crummy tomorrow anyway!!!

i hope you get your clear to close letter and closing date ASAP!!!!!!!!!
our process took sooo much longer than expected and we only had a few complications, so i can only imagine your frustration.......
but in the end the house will be worth it so hang in there and keep us posted!!!!!

OMG, I cannot beleive you are still waiting, I can just imagine how frustrating this whole process is! I was told that the underwriters need 48 hours to approve everything (Wells Fargo too), but I had a decent agent and I think he nudged them. Good Luck, I hope you get it quickly.
