I just went to get lunch next door and...
These High School girls walk in. One has on A mini skirt and Flip Flops ITS 35 DEGREES OUT 
She then goes on to say "its cold out" WELL MAYBE IF YOU PUT SOME CLOTHES ON

Wow it must have been the girl who's insured with me...she lives in Wantagh & tends to come into the office w/ halter tops & mini's when it's 0 below. I don't get it either.

When I was student teaching in SIXTH GRADE the girls were wearing this exact thing in the middle of winter!!! AND they would hike their skirt up by rolling up the top of it so it was shorter..........they would have to unroll it but of course as soon as an authority figure would leave, they would roll it up again
