Sure, sleep however you can
I flop around all night long, left, right, back and even sometimes my belly

Your body will let you know when you need to stop sleeping on a certain side. I haven't been able to sleep on my right side in a very long time b/c I get very uncomfortable almost as soon as I lie on my right side. I start out on the left side, but usually end up on my back until I start to feel uncomfortable. I wouldn't worry.

Absolutely, I sleep on both sides. Sometimes I find myself on my back, and my breathing will actually wake me up and tell me to move. I do some kind of snort-gasp for air thing.

Sleep however you are comfortable. I only have 2 ways that I CAN sleep: on my right side, and on my back.
If any of you are most comfortable on your back, I find that it helps to use a pillow under your right side to "tilt" yourself to the left just a bit.
