I keep thinking everyone is pregnant!
My belly is pretty much non-existent still. I am noticing other women with bellies. I'm hesitant to comment in fear of insulting non-pregnant women. I feel like EVERYONE has a bigger belly than me, pregnant and non.
I've just kept my mouth shut just in case I insult a non-pregnant woman.
When did people start commenting on your pregnancy without you telling them first?

Strangers started noticing I was pregnant around 20 or 21 weeks. Everyone carries differently though.

Personally, i'd never assume someone was pregnant unless they were:
A) wearing a tee-shirt that says "BABY BUMP"
B) at their own baby shower
C) currently in labor
I'm not far enough along to know when i'll look pregnant and not just 'overweight'.
****Just wanted to add that this made more sense before OP was edited...but i still think they're good rules to go by...

Around 3 months it was sorta obvious to my boss that I may be expecting 'cus I'm skinny and the gradual increase in belly size is so obvious.
Around 6 months I started getting offered a seat on the train.
People show as different times depending on their body types. My SIL and I are expecting around the same date (she sooner) and people actually tell me i look more pregnant 'cus 'cus I carry forward and she carries wide.

I'll be 20wks on friday and I'm not showing yet either. I keep telling everyone I really want to finally get a belly and look pregnant and everyone keeps telling me not to rush it cause once I get it I'm not going to want it, lol.

At 28 weeks I have not had any strangers approach me and ask me anything about being prego.
