I knew it was too good to be true...
Well my closing just got bumped up a week. I had a 30 day closing for May 30th and I guess my buyer who's selling the house to her niece who's selling their house...Well someone's bank needs more time. This stinks, i could have had more time here and with 2 kids under 2, i def could have used that extra time for packing instead of blowing my memorial day weekend packing cause the mover is coming on tuesday.
I'm nervous. My buyer is putting down 20%, but she can't close unless her house is sold. That makes no sense, doesn't the 20% down have to be cash/liquid assets?
Seriously, how many things could go wrong?
I hate selling. sorry. vent over. Thanks for reading.

Its so stressful...we put a bid in on a house, and the person already had an accepted offer...but the people also have to sell there house as well...so its been dragged out...it has to stink.

We had to sell in order to buy. The proceeds of our sale went directly to our purchase. We had the same lawyer and he just help the check in escrow. It is definitly stressful for both the buyer and seller in situations like these.
