I know its an excuse but
why when af is here I eat that ice cream sandwich anyway
I have been exercising and actually losing weight but I have AF now and I feel all lazy and hungry

eat it mamma! eat less at bfast or lunch tomorrow and work out as normal or a little harder if you can...you'll be just fine

If you have to have a sweet frozen treat (and I know I always do) go for the lighter ones. Skinny Cow makes some delicious treats!

thanks you guys for not makingme feel bad
DD and I have been bike riding and walk/jogging in the evenings
I have been running around with the kids and actual;ly lost some weight but when I have af I am so hungry for junk food kwim
