When are you taking DC for Xmas pics?

either the week before Thnaksgiving or the week after. I fgo early to avoid the craziness. I also like to have people receive them in the mail the 1st week of December.

I do them at home, so probably right after Thanksgiving, so I can clean up the photo, submit it to shutterfly, have them printed and mailed back, and still have time to address and mail them out.

I do the same. Plus it gives me a few days to try to get the pic done if one or the other isn't being cooperative.

I want to do them myself in November. My mom puts up her tree and decorations on Thanksgiving weekend, so I'll most likely start then!

What, kids not cooperating? That NEVER happens..... 
I used to think it was hard getting pics of DS, until I had DD. Getting both of them to smile (or at least not look angry), both look at the camera (or at least not be running away) is a lot harder than one!
