I know it's so early---let's talk snow gear
This will be DD's first winter actually playing in the snow....What's a good brand for snow boots? What's the difference between a snow suit and a snow bib? What brand should I be looking for? I never had to buy stuff like this before so I was just curious what I should be looking for.

I always got everything at Children's Place. Their snow pants and boots are great and between sales and coupons you can get them pretty dirt cheap!

Last year we got DS boots from Target and a snow outfit with jacket from Costco.

I like the osh kosh heavyweight coats. I've bought them the last two years and will probably get another year out of the lady one. Snow pants I bought brand new at once upon a child for $8 and got two seasons out of. Those were from children's place but this year I'll just get whatever I see a good deal on.
I got mittens and boots at target last year.

Re: I know it's so early---let's talk snow gear
Don't spend a fortune on boots or snow gear unless you are skiers, or have a vacation home in the mountains or something - for day to day playing in the snow ....... carters and the children's place have great (and inexpensive with sales) snow bibs (I prefer the bib b/c you don't have to worry about snow getting up under their jacket) get her good waterproof gloves/mittens - and any waterproof boot. I've bought for my boys in Marshalls on sale, Old Navy, Carters and The Children's place -
ETA I don't buy an additional coat - I get both boys the Lands End Squall - which is waterproof. It's their only winter jacket.

I know it's so early---let's talk snow gear
2 years ago i got brown snow pants (overalls) at Old navy with really cute snow boots there too. She just wore her 3 in 1 jacket from target over that. I think we wore those 2 years in row b/c I don't remember buying them last year. I try not to do to puffy of a coat b/c I feel like they are uncomfy and stiff lol.
I really like the 3 in1's Target has the same ones as the children's place but cheaper. I guess I always miss TCP sale lol

I usually get boots at Kohls with 30% off coupon or kohls cash. I do like the the totes brand it has held up for both my girls since I hand down the snow boots.
Snow suits try costco they have them every year and they are really cheap.
