this differs for people because everyone has differnet health risks, but as a rule all of should stay away from:
sushi and all other raw meats or fish undercooked meats or eggs fish with mecury (so you must limit tuna and other fush containing mercury) coldcuts or other processed meats- if you eat them they should be heated to kill listeria a bacteria on them that pregnant women are sensitive too. smoked meats like prociutto, smoked salmon, etc. caffeine should be limited artifical sweetners (i.e. "diet") products should be limited.
ETA: soft cheeses like Brie or blue cheese and dairy products that are not pasteurized

Okay, I just found my guideline paperwork from my doc.
Under restrictions they have:
* Avaoid artificial sweeteners * Avoid diet foods * Avoid caffeine as best you can * Do not eat raw meat or fish * Tuna restrictions- Albacore consumption should be limited to 6oz a week * Do not eat shark, swordfish, king mackeral, or tilefish * Limit all other fish to 12oz per week * Do not eat soft cheeses (feta, brie, blue cheese, limburger, camembert, queso fresca, queso blanco) * do not take any other vitamins besides your prenatals unless instructed to
HTH And again thats just my doctors recommendations- everyone is different
