I know this has already been done, but I really need double stroller recommendations?
I have read some old posts on this topic and I have been to stores to try them out, but I still can't find one I love.
My kids will be 16months apart. Thus I think I will need 2 double strollers. One in the beginning to snap my carrier in (Peg Perego). I am thinking a front to back, since it will fit in stores and down aisles more easily.
Eventually when the baby is a bit older a side-by-side. I am thinking a Mclaren, but have had some recommendations for a side-by-side jogging.
Am I on the right wavelength here? Any specific suggestions, esp on the front-to-back?
THANKS

right now i'm down to the combi double, phil and ted or baby jogger citi mini. combi and baby jooger are both side by side. I THINK baby jogger is supposed to be coming out with an adaptor bar for hte carseat soon, and pretty sure combi takes a carseat.

Re: I know this has already been done, but I really need double stroller recommendations?
I drove myself NUTS looking for the perfect double stroller and I have 2 things to say about it:
1) I don't think the perfect double exists (for me)
2) I use it so infrequently I'm mad I wasted so much time!!
My DC are 18 months apart and I barely use it. She wants to walk....
I have the Macleran Twin Traveller. They both love it...only downside it doesn't hold a car seat. I would just lay him down in it. A pain, but again I never did it that much that it was an issue.

I don't know about it's reviews, but did you check out onestepahead? I think I just saw some in the catalog that came the other day.

I went through the same issues as you did. I ended up with these:
Graco Quattro Tour Duo:
InStep Safari Double Jogger:

the Moms I know have either the side by side Maclaren or the double BOB Revolution. They LOVE their BOBs but say it takes practice learning to navigate stores...plus you can get the infant carrier attachment.

I was wondering the same thing. I saw this one and wanted to hear some reviews.
Thank you all for the information! It does seem like there isn't a perfect double stroller out there.
