I know this has been asked before but.......(digital camera question)
I am looking to buy a digital camera for my birthday and I was looking for a recommendation. I basically just need a camera to take some good, clear pics and I want a digital. Trying to stay under $500. TIA and I apologize for not having the time (or patience) to search past threads

I have the sony cybershot- I love it- it's so slim and small- but takes great pics!

I just got the Olympus 710 for my birthday in November. I love it and it takes good indoor shots and I figured we'd need that for the baby.

That is why I want a new one. I have one but I was looking for a better one for all the pics we will be taking of the baby

I have the Canon PowerShot SD600- it still has the viewfinder and a 2.5" screen.
we got it for taking photos of the baby and they are GREAT.
Got it for $200 at dell.com
