I know you have to exercise...but....
Is it possible to loose weight with exercising, it is so hard to get there with 2 little ones and a husband who works crazy hours....I just want to be skinny again! The older you get..the harder it is to loose the weight Just looking for some success stories..for a little motivation.

It's definatly possible! In fact, losing weight is more diet than excercise anyway!

100% true... just by changing your diet and NOTHING else you can see results.
depending on how drastically you change your diet will effect how drastic the weight loss is.
if you are already a health freak then there is not much you can do diet wise... but if your not there is a TON that can be done.

Yep. When I first did WW in 2001, I never exercised and lost 30 lbs. in 6 months. I have been exercising 4-5 days now at the gym as I need to get toned up besides just losing the weight too.

I lost 30 of my 46 pounds without exercise, so yes it's possible.
But it's not possible to maintain weight loss without exercise.

weight watchers is the way to go! I have seen so many women lose a huge amount of weight by just doing WW.

On the old plan I didn't start execercising until I lost about 15 pounds. At that point I added excercising in & I lost an additional 45lbs.
Since starting the new plan I have lost weight at a much slower pace - I just started to add excercise in the last 2 weeks.
I can eat veggies and fruits until I turn into one, but if I want to see results I NEED to excercise. My metabolism is ridiculously slow. I can gain weight so fast if I don't watch what I eat.

Yes but exercising is just so good for you in so many ways.
Since having DD, DH and I don't have the time to go to the gym or crossfit like we used to but we still motivate eachother (he mostly motivates me ) and have been doing some crossfit travel workouts at home (when DD goes to bed).
They take MAX 15-20 mins to complete. My abs, arms and legs have never been so sore. You don't need any equipment or weights, it's all exercises using your own body weight, which is so effective. It's mostly push ups (real ones), sit ups, squats, jumping jacks, burpees, etc). We do this in addition to running/walking a few times a week.

You do not have to exercise to loose weight you just have to burn more calories then you consume. Exercising will help you tone. It will also help to increase you metabolic rate.
