I know you've all been there......

The days where everything seems to set your child off then you end up feeling like the bad mother cause all you did was put them in time outs all day.

DD is off from school. 5 days off is then usually the breaking point where tantrums increase, the scripting happens more often. It shows me that she does need that structure of school.

I feel even worse because I teach so I treasure the days when we have vacation together so we can do things and have fun. She's been great since yesterday but since then its been one tantrum after the other. Today I'm exhausted.

My other DD is 1 and 1/2 and I worry about when she starts understanding that its not typical behavior.

Like I said.....I know you have been there and just needed to vent to those of you that know what I'm talking about. Thanks for listening.

Chrissy.. in all honestly and in my experience with AJ & C... she still doesn't fully understand, but when he does have his meltdowns and tantrums, and she looks frazzled to say the least, i just tell her the best way that i can, AJ doesn't understand things like you and me, he gets frustrated easily, which is why Ms. Pat, Ms. Amy & Keith come to the house, they are trying to teach him how to better communicate so he doesn't get frustrated.

to B & C, E & AJ will be just just them.. to them they aren't different.. they love them no matter what..
