I lost a ticket
Hi I got a ticket for using my cell phone while driving-I lost it, anyone know what I should do- can I get a copy of it??
Also, do you get points for this kind of ticket??

yes, it is points on your license. i would call the precinct where you got the summons and ask what traffic court it will be going though, then head down there to either pay it or schedule a hearing to fight it.

go on the nyc.gov website for ticket..u put in ur license plate # and u can pay online.
