i love my doctor!!!

last month i had to see one of the other obs in the practice, and i felt he made some rude comments. since then i have calmed down and figured i wouldn't bother my doc with the issue, i'd just let him know that i want him to be in the delivery room...so here's a snippit of our convo...


me: k, no vacations for you in october or november - u have to deliver my baby

doc: laughs, i wouldn't have it any other way

me: no, really i will hold him in until you're on call :)

doc: ur actually one of the patients that i'd like to deliver- its nice to go full circle, disney had it right - it's the circle of life :)

i love him!!! he is by far the best doc i've ever had. now if only the baby agrees and waits for him to be on call :)

I love my Dr. too...I don't know if its him, or if its just this emotional/important thing he's sharing w/me....weird. I read in one of my books that its common for a woman to be in love (well, not that kind of love!) w/their Dr. because of the gravity of the emotions/concerns you go through while preggo. I guess it wouldn't apply if the Dr. was female...but I'd imagine it would be a similar...like a bond type thing.
