I love my neighbors
My new neighbors behind me have not even moved in yet and have already pizzed off half the neighborhood.
Circular saws until 12:30AM outside
The F- bomb every 10 seconds.
Blasting music until 12:30AM
Hammering until 1AM
We all appreciate that you had to gut the house and that you are making it beautiful but EVERY house surrounding you has a child under 5 show some consideration. KARMA my friend one day you will have kids
Oh and my neighbor to the left. The one that mows his law at 9:30 at night. I know you have some quirky habits. You are generally quiet (except for the drum playing at 11pm) and respectful neighbors as we are to you BUT please keep in mind that my husband does work nights and often does not get home until 1AM. So when you go out digging in your backyard on the cement at 8am and wake up my house, it's not to pleasant for me. Not to mention it was POURING this morning. Why were you digging in the pouring rain. Oh I forgot that you also built the flower boxes in front of your house (which you have yet to use) when it was pouring rain too. I get you now mowing at night and building and digging in the rain, you just like to be different right.

Wow reminds me of the one that lives next door to me. Only he is backwards and does stuff early in the morning on Sundays. The day everyone in the area sleeps late.  . I would also maybe call the local authorities because you guys do have rights as for there should be a noise ordinance in place. I know Town of Hempstead is 7AM to 11PM because we used to have that issue with old neighbors who did the exact same thing (the late night music and banging around) and they got a warning and then again a ticket. Don't you have any noise ordinance laws in your town? In my town, you can't make any unreasonable noise after 11:30 pm. If there is any, you call the police and they make whoever is making the noise stop.

I called the precinct the other night to find out and was told that I have to call the Town's Code Compliance Office. I called the other night and was told they had 2 officers for all of my town and they may or may not get there. I called them back when it stopped and told them not to bother.
Our noise ordinance law is if you can hear it on your property and it's annoying to you, you can call That just seems very vague to me.
PS I saw the old lady so Charolette is alive and well so the digging was because -- well he's just weird. Just like the fact that have a 13 month old who they NEVER take outside unless they are going somewhere. They never take her for a walk to the park NOTHING and she is a normal size girl and they still have her in an infant carrier. They are just quirky. Oh and they only enter and exit their house through the packed out garage that has a tiny space to walk

maybe he has that terrible disease where the sunlight hurts his skin, or allergic to the sun. i knew someone like that once. had to where 100spf (if they make it that high) all the time... actually was DHs ex-gf! LOL
