it is kind of a cheat...but reeses makes a dessert bar mix that is delicious!!! It tastes like eating a PB cup. All you have to do is mix in some butter. I always keep a box of it in the house for unexpected company. It is sold by the cake mixes (i get it at Target) and it comes in a big orange box.
Also, I have made brownies with PB. I make regular brownies then put a few random spoonfuls of PB on top and swirl it around before baking it.
And I have made brownies with PB cups. You line the bottom on the pan with PB cups, pour the brownie mix over it and bake.
