this thread made me think of my grandma...she always carried a jar of pickles on every road trip...she said.."its always good to have some pickles, because you never know"
we didn't understand her reasoning so much...but she was so cute and it became a running family joke. At her funeral my uncle put a jar of pickles in her casket

That guy that used to sell them died. He had MS.
