I LOVE SALES!!!!
I have to say I'm not a complusive shopper, I just can't turn down really good buys.
So today I head to target and they have Pampers & Huggies wipes on sale for $2. Well I had $1.25 coupons for them. How can you beat 75 cents for a box of wipes?????
Then they had diapers on sale 2 for $17. Well I had multiple $2 and $1.50 coupons so I basically got 2 packages for $13.
And finally I looked at the clothing clearance and I got such cute shirts for next summer (12 & 18 mths) for under $2.
So I'm pretty excited. You can never have too many diapers and wipes. And why pay full price for clothes next year when you can get cute stuff cheap this year????
Ok..I'm done. Don't mind me. I get very excited!!!

You really can't. I love how all these companies send you coupons. They are better than the ones you find in the paper. Although, this sunday had a bunch of dollar coupons on diapers and wipes.
I swear I cannot walk out of target without spending less than $50.

$50 is good, it is usually $90 for me!!

In the mail I got a bunch of actual target coupons from them for registering with them. They had a bunch of good ones.
Other than that, the coupons I used were from the manufacturer.

Those are great deals!!! stop and shop has wipes on sale (huggies) and I had 75cent coupons that they double so I paid $1 for each box also! I love good deals.
2 bucks for summer shirts - thats awesome! I keep wanting to buy stuff for next summer that is on clearence...but how do you know what size they will be??

Ohh..I forgot some grocery stores double coupons either up to 99 cents or one dollar. I'll have to save the smaller coupons for those stores!!!
Well my baby will be born in about 3 weeks. So next summer she will be almost a year. I have purchased some 12 mths and some 18mths depending on how big the difference was. My feeling is that even in May/June when it starts to get nice if she is a little on the smaller side the clothes will be a little big, if she is on the bigger side the clothes will get smaller by the end of the summer, which is why I also got a few 18 mths.
The clothes I am buying are usually so cheap (mostly under 3 or 4 dollars) that even if I don't use it for some reason, I can either save it, give it away or donate it.

My  is 7 weeks old. would she be 18 month sizing for next summer? So hard to tell! eveyone bought her 0-3 month clothes when she was born - - she didnt fit in any of that till a week ago! she was born 6lb7oz but her wasteline is petite I guess and all of the shorts and skirts were falling off her :( thats why I am afraid to buy ahead now..

It's very hard to say definitely. I mean she could hit a rapid growth spurt or she could stay petite and tiny. I look at some of the 12 mth clothes now and think they look so small. I've probably spent about $30 on clothes for next summer and her wardrobe is basically complete. I'm sure her grandparents will buy her clothes here and there. But for $30 I look at it as if I can't go wrong.
Now just say my 12 mths is a little big on her in May/June when it starts to get warm. But if it fits her in August, she can wear it throw AUgust, September. And depending on the weather possibly October with a sweater over it or with pants instead of shorts.

wow!! $30 for a whole summer wardrobe! you are an awesome shopper! i think I need to tag along with you!! (where are we going? I guess even if you cant use some of the clothes because they turn out to not be the right size it isnt so bad then - youdidnt throw away 100's! I think maybe I ill buy some for next summer too. I have seen such cute things on clearance (BRU is having good sales on clearance right now btw) but havent bought because I didnt know what size shed be. As I said - her not fitting into 0-3 until 6 weeks of age shocked me and a lot of her summer things that people bought her wont get much use now. I am guessing id buy 18 month size for her. is that what youd do if she is 7 weeks right now? smart shopping lady! love it!
