I made
Sausage and brocolli rabe with penne, sun dried tomatoes and toasted pine nuts!
First time!
It was a home run!
I've been trying to expand my repertoire.

Re: I made
A simple twist on that is use spinach instead of broc rabe and petite diced tomatoes as the sauce.
I break up the sausage meat.
Serve with whole wheat penne.
Glad you enjoyed it.
Here is another good sausage recipe: Sausage & Polenta Casserole
I totally use a short cut version. Slice/bake polenta. Top with brown sausage with jar sauce. One bag grated mozzerlla cheese. Bake!

Thanks. I mentioned to DH that it was so heavy and fattening and would like to lighten it up. Broc Rabe was good but I was even thinking of asparagus.
