I made a great crockpot recipe tonight
I am NO chef but this came out delish...
Bottom round roast
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 package of dry onion soup mix
3 cups of carrots cut into 2 inch pieces
6 medium potatoes cut into quarters
Blend all ingredients and then turn the pot roast to coat
cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours
it came out SO tender and yummy

yum!! pot roast is definitely my favorite thing to make in the crock pot! like you said, i just love how the meat comes out sooo tender! and how you can make the whole meal ( veggies and all) in one pot!
