Yah, you can't come straight out and really say it. But you can say it in a round about way. Say someone is already talking about kids clothes and someone making them, then you can jump in.
Or maybe even on the craft board by saying how excited you are of what you have made, etc.

i get that you're upset, but think of what we would have to deal with if everyone was allowed to solicit on here. this site would be overrun with people trying to make money, and that's not what this site is about. good luck selling your clothes!
