I made the sicilian rice casserole tonight . ..
WOW that was DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!
wow!
I did use jarred sauce b/c I just didn't have time
I did use frozen chopped onions 
I also used long grain brown rice, and it was just as sticky and perfect for the dish
I added italian seasoning to turkey mixture
I used fresh pecorino romano & added more b/c of everyones comments
It was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good and I have SO MUCH left in my freezer!!!!!!!!!!

I made this over the weekend and we had it the other night. Very yummy and DD loved it.
