i might kill lukin

fedex came today......
as i was walking down the stairs my neighbor across the hall was going up.

well, i hear lukin barking ALL the way at the front door! thats 4 levels down!!!!!!!!

i wish there was some kind of soundproofing thing i could get for my door. its so embarrassing

does he do this often? if so, what about a bark collar. my dog will is very much a home protector and will bark if anyone comes near the house or a car pulls into the court. my neighbors and house gusts may feel different but i really don't mind because i like that he is aware and protective of me and the house.

however it does get a little annoying when a stranger or someone that he doesn't know that well comes to the house and the barking doesn't stop.

i have learned to pick my battles though.

i just feel so bad for the neighbors acorss the hall.

I think a back collar is the ones that either deliver a small buzz or the ones that spray a shot of citronella in the air so the dog smells it and associates it with barking ( dogs hate the citronella scent)

Peanut is constantly barking at ridiculous things so DH bought a barking color that emits a high pitched noise when she barks. It didn't work, she would bark more!
