I need a good comeback...
So we live less than a half mile from BIL and SIL, but I've only seen them maybe twice in my second trimester. The first time, which was Easter, BIL said to me "It's nice to see you looking so well. Big, but well." 
Next time I saw him, which was about two weeks ago, he said "Wow, it's really showing now, huh? It's pretty big" 
Yesterday, DH spoke to him on the phone and AGAIN BIL felt the need to bring up my size.  DH tried to tell him off, but didn't do a very good job...
Anyway, we've been invited to theirs for dinner tomorrow night and I'm just poised for the next comment. So what do I say back???? I need a zinger! 
I should mention that yes, I've got a good sized bump going on here for 31 weeks, but I saw the midwife on Monday and she said I'm measuring right on target, so it's not overly big. My SIL is very thin and had two very small babies (each was about 5lbs) with both of her pregnancies, so I'm sure that's what he's comparing me to.

My neighbor, who is a jealous wench who has been after my husband since the day she's moved in, keeps doing the same thing.
I was SOOOO pizzed on Sunday because we took her and her three girls downtown to see a show, and then made a big dinner for everyone, and she had the chutzpa to insult me several times during the day saying I was fat.
So the last time she did it, I looked at her and said, Julia, my weight gain will come off as soon as the baby comes out - what's YOUR excuse?? (she's gained a few in the last few months) She turned bright red and started stammering.
I was quite proud of myself

Is this the neighbor that you have gone above and beyond to help out her and her kids getting rid of her crazy Dh??? Wow.....you need to stop doing things for her. Great comeback though
To the OP.......definitely comment on his thinning/receding hairline, pot belly, bad teeth, etc. Find something that he has no excuse for. He's not nice

THanks everyone. I did think of the 'I'm pregnant what's your excuse'. Unfortunatley, BIL is pretty slim, although he's totally body dismorphic (surprise, surprise!) and he and SIL were gym rats before their kids. He has gained a few pounds in the past couple of years since the kids, and he's probably a bit sensitive about it (although we've never commented on it to him as we're a bit nicer than that!  ). Only issue is, as I said DH and BIL are twins, and DH has always been the slightly 'chunky' one, bless him. I don't want to leave him open to any ribbing from BIL either.
I guess I'll just play it by ear, but these are great suggestions, so thank you! I'll likely use one of them! AND probably save the rest for later!!!

YES IT IS! And she's been doing it a LOT lately, and it's not innocent - she smirks everytime she says it, I can just tell it's completely intentional.
Later in the day we ran into someone we both know from the neighborhood. A woma from Julia's synagogue, someone she tries to impress. The woman said to me, wow, you look fantastic, and in front of Julia, I said, well, not according to Julia who has called me fat a few times today. She was mortified that I called her out on her jealous fits to another person whom she is always trying to impress. It was funny
