I need HELP quickly! Anyone do embrodiery on a sewing machine??? (Plus a long vent about PB)

I need someone to PLEASE embroider my DD name on a stocking. I need it to match the other stockings I have.

Here's the story as to why:

So I ordered Xmas stockings for my family from Pottery Barn. I called to order because I knew there could be a mistake with my DD name. Her name is MaryKate. As you can see it has no space between the y and the k and the K is capital. People always make this mistake and I am fine with it but for the stocking I wanted to make sure it did not happen.

So I talk to the customer service rep and she makes sure everything is written out clearly and reads it back to me. Great, order goes in. Well I get the stocking and of course it's wrong. I call CS again and explain. I spend 20 minutes with the new woman she reorders it for me and write in BOLD (she said) on the factory form "MaryKate".

Well I get the new stocking today and guess what...WRONG AGAIN!! Not to mention tht the embroidery is in the ame font but it's much thiner than the embroidery on the other stockings I ordered.


I call CS once again to complain and the nice man says he'll reorder it and write in the factory line the directions. Well I tell him "What makes you think they wll look at your instructions if they didn't look the first 2 times. So IO now have him sending me just a plain stocking. AHGGGGGG!!!!!! I just want it done the right way!! TIA

Things Remembered does embroidery but I do not know if they will do it on something that wasnt purchased there

They had tons of fonts to choose from.

There is a place on Hempstead Turnpike that does it , thats where mine are coming from. It's in Levittown accross from a North Fork bank, next to the Wantagh/Levittown Ambulance company, above the Barber shop(Theres a big sign for it)
