i need house selling vibes!! we signed the contract!!
i am so thrilled right now to say that the lawyer came over last night for us to sign the contract!!!   i just pray that it all goes smoothly and everything works out..
we gave these people a great deal on the house ,, we just had to get rid of it... my husband already feels so much better about it... its the start of feeling some closure. 
i thank all of you!!!

oh it was a HUGE weight... we didnt care how much we got for it... its more mentally draining than anything..
