PLEASE SEND THEM ON OVER!!!!!!!!!!In a nutshell..........DH and I own 2 apartments..1 of them I bought 3 years ago, the other is DH's (we're living in DH's currently).We've been paying 2 mortgages for a year with 1 of the apartments sitting empty and trying to sell...we've lost a TON of money.Well, my apartment in Queens has unofficially sold We're just waiting for the buyer to get pre-qualified and go to contract.I can't say I'm thrilled or relieved yet--since last time we had a buyer it fell through because he couldn't get approved But the timing on this is PERFECT, we can finally be rid of 1 of the apartments and get 1 step closer to getting a house.So PLEASE any prayers you can spare would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks girls!Jen
