i need to brag somewhere
i never post on this board but i need to brag...i started bootcamp and this last 6 week session i lost a total of 6.75 inches from my body!
i only lost a pound but i am sooo happy that my measurements are changing!
i HATE working out but i go to bootcamp twice a week for an hour each time, if you hate working out i highly rec. trying to find a program like that in your area!

Great job!! I'm doing an 8 week boot camp and I LOVE it!! So much fun!!

its soooo much fun! i signed up for my 3rd session tonight.
i think i am a lifer going to it.
helps that it is run by two cute twins that are only a year older than me lol
