I need to do a food diary, so I going to record here.
I am going to be working with a personal trainer for 6 weeks, 2 times a week.
She wants me to record everything I eat and drink.
The only way I am going to be able to do this is post here. If anyone wants to join me, please do so, I could use the support.

Monday, June 2
20 oz coffee with whole milk and 1 sweet & low
natural peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread
fat free greek yogurt with a little splenda, almonds and blueberries
a banana
a BURRITO VEGETARIAN from Green Cactus - Fresh lettuce with guacamole, rice, jack cheese, black beans & pico de gallo
grilled chicken, grilled zuch with balmasic vingear and mac & cheese (made with whole wheat pasta, lowfat cheese and skim milk)
3 glasses of white wine ( i know, my downfall)

Tuesday, June 3

natural peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread
hard boiled egg
cold lean steak and chicken
pretzels
mac & cheese (made with whole wheat pasta, lowfat cheese and skim milk)
hard boiled egg, just the white
I know, I need to eat more veggies and fruit

have you tried looking into the WW core plan? If you are looking to lose, it's a great plan...actually more of a lifestyle choice and it really teachers you the good from the not so good and the bad and teaches you how to incorporate everything into your life.

Wednesday, July 4 - did really bad
20 coffee with whole milk and 1 splenda
cheeseburger, turkey hot dog, grilled yellow squash with balsamic ving, mac and cheese
oh, yes white wine sangria, quite a few glasses

I am not really into weight watchers, I am not looking to loose alot of weight, I am trying to eat better and be more aware of what I am eating

Friday, July 6
Just met with my personal trainer, I advised me to start writing the time I eat too.
9:30 am 1/2 cup of coffee with 1 splenda and whole milk
10:15 am 2 egg whites
12:15 am greek fat free yogurt with a little splenda, strawberries and whole almonds (so yummy!!!!)

also make sure to track your portion sizes, even little snacking, and condiments like mayo, cheese, etc.
